This ground floor unit (only 5 steps to the front door!) is in a great location in Shipyard Plantation. It is a short wolk to the beach (7 minutes) along a dedicated beach path and also to the Crown Plaza Hotel with its shops and restaurants. The Van der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club, right next door to the hotel is also within easy range. Colonnade Club is a 2-story nice looking stucco complex with a beautiful pool and hot tub located between the two sections. #175 sleeps 6 with a king, 2 twins and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are TVs in both the living room and the master bedroom plus a VCR/DVD combo in the living room and a VCR in the master. The dining room area seats 6 people. The views are quite lovely and peaceful, looking toward the pool complex in one direction and toward a lagoon in the other. A deck off the living room is a wonderful outside spot to enjoy a restful, relaxing vacation. |
